Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Woofera. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (such as opened pet care or grooming products), unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@woofera.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and make it right by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect item).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@woofera.com.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened or used pet hygiene or grooming products (unless defective)
